Wow. My 10th comic, my 1,000th subscriber, and my 10,000th visitor in the very same day. Thank you very very much for reading and subscribing, and for making joe_x so very very fun to draw. If someone had told me on the first of June that I’d have a successful web comic going by now, I would have said he/she was completely crazy…but now, cartooning is one of my favorite things to do (other than Xanga, of course). And it’s all because of you.
My sincere thanks. You rock.
p.s.> For all of you who say “less talking, more comic…” I’m changing my format starting on Sunday. So far I’ve been doing random comics every Wednesday and Saturday. Instead, I’m going to publish every other day in a 7-strip theme, just like the newspaper. Complete with a larger “Sunday” strip. So there, you get more comics. =)

Sounds pretty tedious to come up with a comic every other day in a 7-panel. I like the frequency the comics are updated now – it keeps the novelty going much further. But if you are going for the proposed change, hope you really had your creative juices ready.

nevermind…sorry. I fixed it but ended taking the whole code off *sob* (it was cool!!) because it slowed everything down a whole bunch and I couldn’t get it to be off by default (like yours was). GREAT COMICS!! GREAT COMICS!! GREAT COMICS!!

Hehe, these are kool. My favorite one was when the girl asks Joe if everyone on Xanga uses, or “speaks” English, then in the next box, you see a post w/ well…..it’s not exaclty 1337, but it’s not exactly English, then she asks if anyone on xanga, uses english, and Joe says they use to. I don’t know if I’m part of a minority of people who actually use regular english in their posts and when chatting, although I do use some “shorthand english” Like saying “da” instead of “the”, but it’s nothing extreme. Well anyway, I think you’re doing an awesome job with the comix(<—see) and to keep it up, and remember to have fun with it, always. I don’t think you should stop “talking” and just put comix, it’s good that we know what you’re up to and all. =] Heh, well that’s it for me. Long live the comix! ~.^ Peace
